I’ve got two cars saved in the app, and switching between them is a breeze. When I park, there’s no messing around — I just choose the right plate and I’m good to go.

"My refund took way longer than I…"
My refund took way longer than I expected, which felt a bit like a tiny saga unfolding in slow motion. Support did eventually fix it after a few back-and-forth messages, so I can’t say it was a disaster. It wasn’t terrible, but I really wish the whole process had been clearer and faster from the start...

Support got back to me really quickly and they did fix the issue, so I’ll give them that. Still, it was frustrating that I had to reach out in the first place, and the whole thing left me a bit irritated even though it got resolved.

I’ve been using parkmobile.io for a bit now, and for me it’s one of those small conveniences that actually makes a difference. I don’t have to circle around looking for a meter, dig for coins, or worry as much about whether I paid the right way.
The fees feel reasonable when I think about the time and hassle it saves. My favorite part is being able to add time from my phone if I’m stuck somewhere longer than expected. It’s not fancy, but it’s easy to use, works well most of the time, and makes parking feel a lot less annoying.

"Convenient, but the duplicate charge was frustrating"
I use ParkMobile often, and for the most part it does what I need. It’s simple to pay for parking, and being able to extend my time from my phone is really helpful. But last week I got charged twice for the same parking session, which was annoying. As someone who keeps a close eye on my spending, that kind of thing immediately stresses me out. Support did get back to me, but it took a little while and I had to explain the situation more than once before it was fixed. It got sorted in the end, so I’ll still use the app, but now I definitely check my bank account after every parking session.

"Helped me out, but it took a while"
They did help me with my ticket dispute in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. Like I said, it wasn’t super fast, and I had to be patient while everything got sorted out. But like I said, they did eventually get it handled, and I appreciated the help once it was resolved

"Wish I’d Used It Sooner for Work Receipts"
I mostly use ParkMobile for work parking, and I kind of wish I’d started relying on it sooner because the receipts make expense reports way less annoying. So far, it’s been easy to go into my account, pull up what I need, and download the receipts without much hassle. The app can feel a little slow sometimes, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars, but the receipt side has worked well for me

I’ve used ParkMobile quite a few times now, and it’s been really easy overall. It usually finds my zone quickly, the payment goes through without any hassle, and I like getting the reminder before my time is up. I haven’t really had any major problems with it so far, so it’s one of those apps I don’t have to think much about, if that makes sense.
